- Very bad leadership - Terrible execution of planning from senior management - Very little recognition for the working bees - Low paying salaries for the junior guys - 10-15 year old web framework screaming for a change to newer technologies - Lack of company wide commitment to make products better and make a better customer experience - The number of producers outnumbers the number of developers by like 10 to 1 if not more.
