Thank you for taking the time to review your time at GA-CCRi, and we hope that some of the changes we’ve been able to make will assuage any of the concerns you have listed here.
- The customers and systems we support are operationally critical and require safeguarding. This means that much of the work we do needs to be done in a secure facility. However, GA-CCRi has taken multiple actions to expand the work from home opportunities and every employee at GA-CCRi has the opportunity to work from home for some portion of their work-week. When work does need to happen on-site, We are confident that our upcoming move to 3twenty3 in downtown Charlottesville will provide an even more comfortable, collaborative environment for all our employees.
- We’ve been working closely with GA to update the HSA policy, and we are likely to have that in place in early 2023.
- Quite often, and due to the nature of our products, we are asked to provide immediate solutions to real-time problems that are critical to operations occurring around the globe. We recognize the need to improve our development processes to account for these unforeseen and highly-dynamic instances which is why we’re looking forward to slowing down a bit and doing more engineering planning as part of our commitment to Agile development processes. In this quarter, we have several planning tickets that are blocks of time to prototype and document solutions that will only be developed in the following quarter.
- We want to make sure that our new secure space accounts for natural light to make work more enjoyable - we’ve got it in the plans for 3twenty3!
- We are in a unique position, because we are solving real world, mission critical problems. With that, there can be some unknowns. We hire the best people, and give them the autonomy to develop creative solutions.
