Great culture, lots of incentives and reward for effort, you get out what you put in, lovely offices and lots of fun to be had too. Strong commission scheme and opportunity for progression, the good ones stay and the weak ones leave - like any sales/recruitment company, good in house training and also external courses too. I am living proof that this company can change your life, don't be bitter if you cant make it.
