Pros

1. Great work life balance. 2. Satisfaction of serving community. 3. Great support from CDCF staffs.

Cons

1. Contract based so you don't know when your contract going to end. 2. No room for advancement. 3. You work for an institution, separated from CDCF as contractor. It feels left out and not a part of CDCF community.
