RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at CDI Contractors
Pros
Great company, pays well and a few nice people and a good company culture. Very lax.
Cons
Some employees are watching you waiting for you to slip up. Most do not come to you and tell you if you've done something wrong and try to coach you. They will go to your boss every single time like little tattle tellers. Healthcare benefits are way to expensive. over $200 a month
Pros
*Friendly Faces Around Most of the Office *Tries to be family friendly *Hires women and minorities, strives to drive away all workplace discrimination
Cons
*Lower level project management staff stays in the dark about their next assignment, makes it hard for young professionals with new families to plan ahead *Field staff stay in the dark about company health outside their own assignment

Cons
Once the job got started and turned into a mess, nobody at CDI wanted to talk to me then afterwards their claim of 'we really need people like you' turned out to be almost a year with nothing before a sudden email about a job halfway across the state
