Pros
The work from home policy is very liberal. They only care about the work being completed on time and hearing no complaints from the clients.
Cons
1. That work from home policy is the only way they can retain employees given their terrible vacation policy. 14 days of PTO a year (including earned, medical etc) + 9 public holidays is a joke! 2. They always scam you during appraisals. There will be stories about the client being a low hourly rate one to avoid giving you hikes in addition to the usual rhetoric of "we give you so much flexibility and the culture is so good here." 3. The culture reminds me, there is a clique of senior management here and they call the shots on everything here. Everything (including buying a mouse) has to go through the MD and even then, there would be questions like why you need one etc. The locally governed projects have overworked employees too. They don't realize that good culture isn't just organizing monthly socials or annual potlucks.
