The engineers at this company are world class and I learned a ton during my time there. * Exposure to networking technologies that might not otherwise be available to work on (BGP, MPLS, Optical Transport at ISP scale.) * Plenty of vacation time and good 401K matching. * They tend to promote from within. * You get out what you put in. If you are willing to pursue networking in-depth on a professional level, you can go as deep as you want. It is up to you how much you want to learn and how far you want to go in terms of technical understanding.
