Pros
intersting projects, you can meet nice people, international organisation, good pay and amazing insights into politics where people are mostly driven by keeping their good jobs and fill their pockets with taxpayers money.
Cons
nepotism, incompetent supervisors, many old local people who do not share any of the values the organisation claims to defend - with zero consequences because the famous "ID" contract. no progression. no excelence, no striving for cutting edge.

Pros
Holidays, Pension, Health insurance, plenty of good people. Recommended for Junior positions at the beginning of your career as it is your University Degree level what will set your salary. HR is doing great efforts to bring diversity (non-French male) into the organization. Career Boost.
Cons
Extremely vertical organization. No future on your career development if you don't play politics. Considerable lack of true delegation. Absence of international working standards in some areas, laxed safety enforcement. Indefinite Contract Awards are really foggy and not a fair process. Strong internal bias favouring French nationals and their vertical working culture. Forced to do office work during COVID 19.
