      Pros

      They do have great tv projects always .nice people, met some talented artists and friends.

      Cons

      Strong ideology of seniority culture and attitude in the company, people afraid to speak up also hard to self improve for long term goal.

      Pros

      there are lots of great and huge projects. there are lots of inspiring and talented animators whom you can learn a lot from.

      Cons

      you need to work long overtime without compensation.

      Pros

      The people there are nice and willing to teach you. The work you done there are Hollywood-Quality so it's good IF you can get screen credit. We Helped created Star Wars Rebels animation series and some other we couldn't tell. They have some fitness facilities at the other floor. The internet and USB are blocked so you can totally concentrate at your job.

      Cons

      Overtime is common especially if you just start you CG career, I think the only exception are administration department. BTW overtime not paid. You can't talk about your work and salary. There is no guarantee you can get screen credit from your work and when you quit, the company won't provide any material for you to proof your contribution.
