8yThank you for your review of CGL Manufacturing. We have been working hard to improve and appreciate the feedback. We agree that communication is key to an effective team and try to keep our Team Members informed through our monthly town halls, shop floor toolbox meetings, department meetings, paystub communications and small group sessions. At CGL we employ an open door policy, any Team Member is free to approach any member of the Management Team at any time to discuss issues or concerns they may have. Safety is our #1 focus at CGL and we are proud to say that we have over 1,100 days without a lost time injury at the time of this posting. We take labour laws and the health and safety of our employees very seriously and are currently focusing on identification and resolution of near misses so that we can correct potential issues before someone gets hurt.
