- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
This company cares for their employees. Take care of them and creates an excellent work environment.
Cons
VPN can be finicky at times
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Good salary. Work at home
Cons
Limit to raise with promotion
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
They used to be family oriented. That did not apply during the pandemic. They were unprepared, understandably, but responded poorly and never came to a real solution to those struggling with homeschooling young children. I think this was a one off, as usually a very family oriented company. I was very disappointed that a subsidiary of BCBS of SC couldn’t figure it out
Cons
Same as above. Pro used to be family oriented. Pandemic it and suddenly they didn’t understand or allow for my child to be a priority while homeschooled during pandemic

Pros
PTO is decent once you have worked here for more than 5 years and some departments allow flex time.
Cons
-low pay compared to the market -Terrible employee evaluation program. -Average raises. -Raises were not discussed with employees until after they were in effect so that employees could not comment on them. -Serious doubts are being raised about the Company’s ability to win new contracts and keep existing contracts because CGS bids underestimate labor costs and depend on inexperienced workforce to complete the majority of the government contracted work. -Constant turnover. -Don’t seem to care about losing experienced employees. -Unable to hire and fill vacant positions. -Poor training program. -Easier to get rehired and promoted than get promoted within. -Work at home is offered to new hires but not established employees that ask to work at home.

You learn so much depth information about healthcare and you help so many people
Cons
Low pay, overbearing work description with minimal pay
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Challenging but satisfying work
20 Jul 2021 - Project Manager in Nashville, TNRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Will really deepen your project management skillset. The company just got CMMI certification and you will really be challenged (in a good way) in both waterfall and Agile processes. The learning curve is steep learning Medicare processes and procedures but there are good people there who will work with you to get you up to speed
Cons
The HQ is near the airport and traffic can be interesting to navigate at times
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Flexible, leads to higher positions, a lot of growth
Cons
Stressful certain times of year, bad raises
