      Pros

      CH Mack pays their employees.

      Cons

      Management always blames the employees for not delivering a working product. But endless demos and constantly changing requirements keep changing the product. This is IT Management 101. A qualified management team would get it. But that doesn't exist at CH Mack.

      Two separate software teams that were in competition, not collaboration, with each other. Very little inter-team communication.
