      Pros

      Not to many nice things to say. They wear nice clothes.

      Cons

      Very few benefits unless you work in the office. Management doesn't seem to know what happening past their office doors. They just keep making up jobs/activities for themselves to make reports on so they can congratulate each other. Pay is not great and increases are usually less than 50 cents/hr.

      Pros

      I cannot speak for the other location, but the management at Bradford location REALLY cares for their employees. They are so understanding and caring. The team was also great. I've never worked at a place that peaceful. Everyone communicates if problems come up and coordinate so well.

      Cons

      Since it's a non-profit organization, the pay is just at minimum wage. I am only hired for the summer, I dont have any benefits.
