Change is constant. At Ci Web Group, we're the ones driving it. I have grown so much since I started working in this company. We think with design, dream in digital and solve problems with data and analytics. I'm Grateful to be a part of global professional web design service company lead by end-to-end experts.

Cons

Stay away from Ci Web Group!!! Nothing written here isn’t already well publicly known and or said openly. Horrible CEO. Company nepotism big time. CEO hires all her family and no one can say anything about them. CEO is erratic and makes way to many impromptu changes constantly based on how she feels and the wind blows, calling it staying up with technology but reality is she doesn’t know how to run a company. CEO says company is growing yet also publicly says company is losing money. CEO surrounds herself with “yes” people. CEO and leadership are woefully out of touch with employees. CEO is good at selling customers but based on her inability to run a company, employees and clients woefully suffer with lack of support. Employees and customers don’t stay very long. Company pattern is to hire a batch of new employees, those employees last six months to a year and then most quit in mass to due to poor working conditions. CEO changes titles and job descriptions and roles constantly. Demoting people and reducing their salaries while vacationing around the world and buying multiple homes and purchasing multiple Tesla Cyber Trucks. Leadership aren’t great leaders and management, they just kiss up to CEO and bad mouth her and the company behind her back. Customers have left by the droves. There have been at least 20 employees quit without even having new jobs the company is so bad. Job turnover at Ci Web Group is the worst I’ve ever seen in my professional career. CEO doesn’t listen how to improve company morale, it’s everyone else’s problem or they aren’t “gritty” or “tough” enough to handle how poorly she runs the company, calling it “growth” and “positive change” when in fact she just doesn’t know what she’s doing. Company has directed employees to leave bogus positive Glass Door reviews to offset the very real negative ones! Just about every employee is quickly looking for new jobs. (seriously, not an exaggeration!) I’m not a “disgruntled” fired employee. I resigned and I’m educated, competent and professional and got a very good job with a very credible digital marketing agency. As with most employees who quit I was begged to stay. CEO doesn’t honor what she’s says. She constantly makes promises and doesn’t follow through both personally and professionally. CEO and leadership poorly communicate with employees. CEO talks about how they don’t need employees due to Ai being able to do everything, yet immediately posts employment ads seeking “tough” employees. It’s just a vicious cycle you want to avoid. Their mode is to just throw money at you to get you to come aboard, then the CEO and leadership will turn on you, change your title to something completely different you were hired for and/or demote you and reduce your salary (this is well known and happened many times) Constantly eliminating support positions and entire departments and outsourcing to incompetent “business colleagues who are friends” Forcing employees not hired for sales to take time away for what they were hired for to sell while paying them almost nothing for those sales. Rumors are they are meeting with other marketing agencies trying to sell and dump the company off to an unsuspecting company. CEO is more interested in doing Podcasts building and focusing on her “personal brand” rather than effectively running a successful company.

Pros

- The team itself is incredible—the employees outside of leadership/management are talented, hardworking, and great to work with. -The company has a lot of potential if it were managed correctly. - Certain roles or departments may provide good experience, but long-term growth is a challenge.

Cons

- Constant major changes—Leadership frequently makes drastic shifts in direction, even after promising stability for the quarter or year. - Unrealistic expectations—Instead of addressing challenges, the company simply raises the bar higher, leading to burnout. - Extremely high turnover—It feels like someone is either quitting or getting let go every week, with some departments suffering from alarmingly high churn. - Leadership is unreceptive to feedback—Concerns from employees are ignored, and decision-making feels disconnected from those actually doing the work. - Rampant nepotism—Promotions and opportunities often go to those with personal connections rather than based on merit or performance. - Outsourcing issues—Certain outsourced departments struggle to meet performance expectations, leading to escalations and client cancellations, yet leadership blames internal teams instead of fixing the root cause.
