      Pretty competent management. Professional work environment. Most employees are pleasant and easy to work with. Low drama.

      Well, it's an insurance company. So not exactly an exciting industry. You knew that going in, right?

      Good benefits, flexible hours, average pay

      Cons

      employee change over is very high due to work conditions and management, recently laid off the entire Loss Control Department and 1/3 of their underwriters, management micro manages everything, very stressful environment, pay raises are hard to earn and evaluations do not occur on a regular basis
