    Pros

    I worked in VISA customer service call centre dealing with most things from credit limit increases to explaining balances on visa credit card
    Pros are
    healthy environment
    unionized department
    HR and managers are great
    flexibility of hiurs
    semi fair pay raises
    Monthly bonuses reward for positive work performance
    lots of room for growth
    excellent discounts on interest rates and other banking fees

    Cons

    Inconsistent in monthly performance bonus, this changes at least 3 times a year
    More mental health awareness is needed especially because this can be a stressful call centre environment

    Keep doing a great job

    Pros

    Respect, flexibility, need more holiday. Work from home. Parties and team meetings. Nice Human Resources support, nice insurance plan. Nice people.

    Cons

    Low income, high pressure, multiple reporting lines, too much restructuring. Clients are sometimes challenging, limit promotions opportunities, little training. Hotel desks.
