Pros

-Amazing team who are are extremely friendly (co workers you actually want to hang out with after work, crazy i know.. ) We all love live music/events and helping people. These two things make it quite nice to go to work each day. - Fun/Casual office environment with great perks: Wear what you want, take off work when you need to, but get your work done - The way all companies should be. - The company is growing at a fast rate and it's fun to see the amount of cool business coming in and be a part of that. - Extreme high standards for it's employees. (Some people might have an issue with this, but there is nothing to worry about if you are ready for the ride and be a part of a growing & successful company) I hate when companies don't have faith in their own employees and treat them all like children. I feel like CID is the opposite and they expect their employees to be pro-active, mature, and self sufficient . In other words, only apply if you are an amazing worker and know how to get things done (i've seen a decent amount of employees not make the cut, but usually they were asking for it in my opinion.) My experience to date has been one of the better ones in my professional career (12 years in the industry)

Cons

Growing company which means it comes with a lot of work on your plate at times, many 'hats to wear', and changes in the structure of the company. I see this improving as of late, but once again there will be growing pains of course with a company where so much is happing at once.

Pros

- Work with great employees - Nice brand new office - Good company culture - Travel to music festivals

Cons

- Long work days/hours at festival - No appreciation from management - CEO is so transparent; acts like your friend but will talk about you to others - Seems extremely disorganized (trickles down)

Pros

Live music Friends a long the way Rapid Advancement (conditional)

Cons

You hit the glass ceiling really quick Sexual Harassment flags Cut throat/ hostile attitudes (veterans feel threatened by new employees so there is little mentorship and more power trip orders) On site - 12 hour shifts with little to no breaks Highly unorganized High turnover Everyone always seems to be in a panic Some contractors are ashamed to even say they are affiliated with the company I am so surprised that no reviews contain sexual harassment content yet. Then again I'm not. I hope more men/women come forward with these repulsive instances. Lots of the men in management have preyed on the ambassadors who are seeking greater opportunities by making sexual advances. I've heard of an instance where a woman in one of the departments will only hire "hot" guys. Those who submit to these advances are promoted while the others stay stagnant or are phased out. On the latter Ambassadors are promoted to management opportunities, but once they realize that they will not open their legs for them all of the perks are taken away and contracts are far and few between. I've witnessed situations where management has said "only hire them if they're hot". All access passes are distributed to employees that management wants to sleep with. The company has a very "boys will be boys" attitude. It absolutely disgusts me. These individuals in position of power seem to have immunity because of their long history with the CEO. The CEO could care less about who works for him, so much that when he tries to approach them they don't even know who he is. (Why are people scared of you?! They should be applauding you as you walk by!) People who don't deserve to get fired have been, but people who were clearly drinking and doing drugs on the job while operating vehicles, their behaviors are dismissed.
