Pros
Simply zero... for the sake of writing I'd say there will hire you even if you know to speak(anything any language) .. so you can imagine what kind environment you'll get there
Cons
Zero learning(rather negative), they do not have any technology. I had to work real hard to find another good place to work. I went to several mnc's for interviews. They laugh at you when you tell what you do in CIK. Politics of high level, managers will treat you like slaves.. managers themselves are illiterate. Seniors take revenge from you if you raise voice for yourself. They will tease you by ruining your life there. I so desperately want to mention names here but I won't. It is not a company, it's a gang of technicians working for a third party cable company like sea TV or digi cable in India. Life is hell there.. dead campus, unhygienic workplace, washroom.. demotivating people, higly negative experience. I can continue for pages but I guess u got the idea .
