      Pros

      - Official work is hardly once or twice in a week. - Get salary from company and work on your personal projects. - Team lead of Web & App division himself is engaged to someone in US and has huge ongoing personal contract, all the staff under him is very happy to have him, very co-operative in both side :) - No one can track your system, do whatever you want to do, nobody cares.

      - Poor infrastructure - Lack of ethics and morale
