Pros

I worked 7.3 years for this company. Everyday I leant new things, new R&D for new ideas and concepts. No one can stop for your innovative ideas and appreciate for the same. You can speak openly with managers and they are always ready for help. Here all employees are very talented, quick learner, enthuse, dedicated to their work and quick problem solver.

Cons

Workload very high due to deadline but Its part of professional life.

Old technology, old mentality,no employee satisfaction.

You will get very good salary if sign bond.

Cons

You will have to work very hard forever. Every task here is always critical. If you sit late night here than you are good employee otherwise not. Every weekend release. Google maps shows Saturday-Sunday off but in reality it is not. Only third Saturday is off.

You may get good money if you are able to create dependency, if you will not be able to create dependency you will be exploited....dont even expect increment. And trust me, you will not be allow to create any dependency because of couple of guys who are there from 10 years(and they are chamchas of management)

Cons

Very bad working environment Company owner himself says..your increment depends of how many hours you sit after company time two worst project manager(neither of them understands what is project management) They just think forwarding email and say yes ..yes to top management is project management. Too much partiality(as I mentioned above..couple of guys will not let you settle ,if you don't do their chamchagiri) If there is any 2-3 days holidays...a release is sure...they wont let you enjoy holiday
