Pros
CML is a very good Medical Laboratory to work. An excellent Chemistry automation analyzer to see and work. Very good staff too. I would recommend to work in CML.
Cons
CML need a very good AC to keep cool all analyzer in the company. Also need more space for all departments, it looks and feels very congested.

Good benefits, working environment and location
Cons
Cheap to employees, $50 christmas bonus, low wage increases which became worse when it was sold to MyHealth Centre. It became a money operation.

Good Management before takeover by Lifelabs.
Cons
Extremely rude management after Lifelabs took over and replaced CML Management. This was verified by third party vendors who did business with the company after Oct 2013.
