Pros
The environment is really positive and everyone is nice, cooperative and humble. There's hierarchy and system. Most of the employees are very strong technically which gives a real opportunity for learning and growth. The company itself is always looking for expansion and improving areas as quickly as they can.
Cons
The package is good but it can get better in my opinion. The tech used is niche which is a double-edged sword because it's rare but it also means less competition.
