      You will not be supported in any shape or form at this company. High expectations with no actual direction. Complete low morale throughout the entire company. You will be extremely overworked. Also a huge note that they are extremely money hungry and can't seem to pay bills of their own

      Pros

      The members are fantastic and care about you. It’s a good entry level job and teaches you a lot. That is overshadowed by being overworked and underpaid.

      Cons

      Everything else. Management is awful, ownership is so full of himself - his way or the highway, buildings are falling apart with no money to fix them, consistent layoffs of great people, and so much more. It’s clear the company is going down. The owner only cares about the Columbus, OH market and it’s evident by how other markets are treated. Truly one of the worst work experiences. An unbelievable amount of favoritism, drama, and toxic leadership. It’s clear people in leadership are people that will not argue with the owner and he knows he can manipulate.
