Pros

The people I worked with at Horsham were great; friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

Cons

The current senior leadership team are far too focused on their own KPI’s and internal processes to worry about what’s good for the customer and their team. There is also a severe lack of innovation and R&D with a reliance on a dwindling legacy customer base. The company is slowly dying.
