I worked here and I can honestly say it was one of the most impressive displays of corporate delusion I've ever witnessed. The recruitment process promised huge earning potential, career progression, and a bright future. What actually arrived was pretty much chaos with a serious lack of leadership. The people in charge are experts in politely gaslighting the players that get burned using their illegal sites as well as their employees which is on full display in their responses to the accurately negative reviews posted here. Working here more often than not felt like working for a corrupt government where lying was a constant part of the job. I've had conversations with brick walls that offered more support, clearer communication, and better guidance. If morale could be converted into electricity, this place would still have managed a power cut. Working in a Russian prison genuinely sounds like it would have offered better leadership, more honesty, and been more of a meritocracy. The only VIP part of the job was how VIP you felt when you finally walked out the door for the last time. One star.
