      Pros

      There really aren’t any if the company employs discriminatory practices. During my time there., I put my best foot forward but despite that, I was still singled out every single day and then eventually humiliated in front of everyone. This was deliberate to make sure I’d feel more alienated and then to provoke me to quit.

      Cons

      Discrimination, bullying, training was also poor.

      Pros

      Best company I have ever worked for. The opportunities for success are endless and the culture is unlike anything I have ever experienced before. It is such an amazing team of individuals who are hungry for more and love to see their peers winning! Sam (CEO) has truly built something special and I am excited to be along for the ride to see where we go from here.

      Cons

      Only one I can think of is working remote is tough when you live so far away from coworkers that you love being around, but CRB makes it a priority to bring us together multiple times throughout the year which definitely helps!

      Pros

      CRB has been an incredible company to work with. I have worked with many different recruitment and contracting companies, this one has been the best by far. They are transparent with all of the information they have, immediate in their communication, and clear with their expectations.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any negatives for CRB, I would easily recommend them to anyone.
