      Pros

      Nice office in downtown Troy. Some good higher ed clients, but has seen a significant turnover in clients since being bought by a CA firm.

      Cons

      Wacko management, no systems, "insider" culture. Managers feel threatened by employee success.

      Pros

      I thought it was a great company to work for. A Fun culture, great people and enthusiasm. Open offices are beautiful. Leaders actually care about you personally.

      Cons

      Fast growth caused heavy work loads, need process and need to hire people.
