Not any pros. They talk a good game at the onset but then you see their true colors.

Cons

Lots of Nepotism, racist remarks, drinking while on the job, sexism, and favoritism.

I really can't think of anything

Cons

No training, count on only yourself to learn the software. No protected territory, will take a lead right out from under you even after you have approached the client. Sexist, homophobic, racist work environment. It's a big ole boys club where you have to suck up to the owner and become his drinking buddy. So VERY UNORGANIZED! No structure. Loan Sharking. They care more about building a portfolio for credit card processing than they do about the POS Platform.
