      Pros

      you will get to know how to spend money by giving treats with that less amount. I was on one of the CTAS projects. Luckily I got a good TL and few good colleagues for few period.

      Cons

      They will not let you to grow both from management side and your colleagues side. They say IJP options but they will hold you on the current project for long time until the new IJP requirements closes. night shift allowances are like in 100s and 200s. They celebrate friday fun night every week but the participation will only be from HR and it's few close gang people. Better don't join.
