Pros
Lots of perks! Shop program allows incentives with up to $1000 for a 100% score. Managers have team meet ups once a month that were really fun from mani pedis to outings.
Cons
Monthly meetings were sometimes unnecessary and were first thing in the morning before heading to your property. Topics could have been sent to properties via email or email video. Also gossip was draining and unfortunately brought down the overall tenor of the CWS name in the property management world.

Pros
The company culture is truly drama-free, the employees work together well and are all hard-working, the owner and all workers strongly believe in having a good work-life balance, and the company as a whole is willing to be innovative and take risks in trying new things to benefit the employees. I've had other marketing internships in which I didn't do work that would better my skills, but at CWS I got to take part and help in meaningful ways.
Cons
The company is small, so there are some limits on advancement opportunities, but as the company grows so will the opportunities.
