      Pros

      Company has a great culture, supportive and person-centric. Flexible on working from home. No silly 'minimum office days' requirement. Management has significant expertise and are also client facing, not sitting behind spreadsheets.

      Cons

      Some systems need updating, but they are open to change and are addressing this.
