Cons
How much time do you have people? 1. The product does not work. Do you enjoy working on or selling VaporWare? 2. The management style is Passive Aggressive. 3. They refuse to pay out commissions as promised and change things around all of the time. If you like people taking your money this is the place for you. 4. Some of the managers are self-righteous morons -- you know, the ones that you can't help but wonder what they did to get in their position. Yikes man! 5. They fire people at a drop of the hat, and they don't even reply to the unemployment office - so you're pretty much guaranteed to get max unemployment for several months. Vacation anyone? Thanks Cyren, it was lovely. 6. They refuse to pay for proper tools to do your job and then complain that you aren't doing a good job. 7. HR is an absolute joke. Your side of any situation is moot and management will lie and it's considered sacred truth. 8. The TP in the restroom is really sub-par. 9. People call in sick for days and weeks and cancel their meetings - more lost money. 10. Some sales people literally could not sell the product to some one begging to buy it. They'll talk them right out of it. I guess that's beneficial to the customer, but it sucks if you're trying to earn a living. Well, that's all I can really think of right now. If you're actually dumb enough to work here after this review then you deserve the mistreatment.
