      Pros

      Some of the people were pretty nice, and the pay was decent.

      Cons

      The CEO is the biggest problem they have. Unwilling to delegate, shifting people's job responsibilities at the drop of the hat, ready to fire people without cause at a moment's notice. I was there less than a year and I saw a third of the staff either let go or leave. This place is super toxic, but they hide it well during the interview process.

      Pros

      Dynamic company ran by some of the most knowledgeable, gifted people I have met. This faith based company leverages its momentum and resources for the Kingdom. Our goal is to impact not only those who come in contact with us through commerce, but to be the hands and feet of Christ through the way we conduct it.

      Cons

      Sometimes the faced paced work environment can lead to some disorganization and ambiguity as it pertains to the task at hand.

      Pros

      I'm grateful to be part of the CablesAndKits team! The trust we are given to do our jobs and get our jobs done is something I'm grateful for. I'm also very grateful for the support from the team during the good, the bad and the ugly both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Not much! We've got a great team and a great work environment. Every job has its pains at times, but it's how you work through them as a team that matters and at CK I think we do a great job working through them!
