      This is a professional and friendly place to work. The workspace is immaculate. There are people that have been here for decades and that speaks volumes. Your voice is heard here.

      My commute is long, but that's not on Cabot, but I deal with it because I enjoy being here.

      Pros

      Employee days outings. If a boston team won, the company would buy you a tee shirt.

      Cons

      When I worked there, all the coworkers were like a family. Then ownership changed that. Have to come into the office 5 days a week. Had a hard time getting wfh. I heard they changed that policy recently for certain employees. Favoritism
