Pros
Small company, without a lot of bureaucracy. Good colleagues.
Cons
A lot of small project, some of them 1-3 weeks. Sometimes without tasks (boring). No salary growth (company prefer to have mid range specialists with mid payment, then rise own employees.

Pros
Great people to work with. Lot of great professionals are working there, I learned a lot from them. Very nice atmosphere, managers are open-minded people, who will listen you and try to help in any situation. Cozy office.
Cons
Cactussoft is not a very big company, they don't have foreign development centers and that was a minus for me, because I wanted to relocate.
