      Pros

      The people are for the most part easy to work with. I think leadership genuinely wants to grow the company. It has a kind of cozy, small-business feel.

      Cons

      Management constantly downplays the value of employees. Pay is bargain-basement and benefits are expensive. The vacation/sick pay conditions are the worst I've ever experienced.

      Nepotism Disorganization low pay and don't appreciate your work unless you are the sales staff been reorganizing for over a year so your job is not secure demeaning to the staff
