      Pros

      working culture - no buzzwords, everyone's fantastic, can do mentality, very smart people solving complex problems. the leadership - the founders are amazing, approachable and supportive. no politics, no BS - we are a team and everyone is trusted to do the right things for our customers.

      Cons

      none at the moment. we grow fast and thus always have to be agile with our processes. what worked yesterday might not work today.

      Pros

      Exciting space to be in, the company profile is definitely growing. People are trusted and respected, I haven't seen any micromanagement. Leaders support healthy work/life balance and make sure there's time for social side of things. Clearly defined career path in engineering with managers caring about development. Feeling lucky to be here!

      Cons

      Younger company means the benefits package is still evolving, but this is improving over time.
