Pros

That I left that place.

Cons

Higher and lower Managers talk about other Managers, the Owner, anyone associated with the owner, CEO or whatever tittle they have given him now and other Employees. They continue to say to those patients that complain, well we cannot correct the issue if we are not aware of it. Oh please you know the issues but continue to fix or you just ignore them. There were very good managers that worked there but have since left. They truly were there for the patient. Now those that are left...I would not even call them Executives, more like Sub Standard leads. That cannot even lead a horse to water.

Pros

That I'm no longer working there

Cons

Horrible management, limited resources. Focused on quantity vs. quality patient care. Was written up for clocking out LATE - not allowed to be paid overtime. Was told to only work 8 hours/ day but expected to stay regardless. Reprimanded during COVID for being sick and not coming in, because I was "letting the team down." Constant turnover of providers/staff, but somehow keeps the worst management staff around for years. This is a company that says "we're a family" which really equates to additional responsibilities without ANY compensation. Would NOT recommend.

Pros

A few employees as well as a handful of providers were the only good thing about working here.

Cons

Caduceus is the place to go if you want a lack of professionalism, cold-hearted management, and employees who are not properly trained. I am ashamed to have ever been associated with this medical group and will remember this as being one of the most corrupt companies I have worked for. I began my employment with Caduceus in early 2021 and was not given any training, although I asked repeatedly. I was told to perform duties that I have never done before, such as taking vitals, doing urinalysis tests, performing EKGs, measuring newborns, and assisting with procedures. I informed the company that I was not sure if I was performing these duties correctly, however I was still denied any training. I soon found out that I was registered in their electronic medical record system as a medical assistant, although I have never been a medical assistant and have no certification. I can only assume this was to avoid any legal issues. I was then transferred to the OBGYN department as the check out receptionist, and as you can guess, I never received any training at all. I had no knowledge of the critical time windows in a pregnancy where certain labs and ultrasounds need to be done. Nevertheless, this led to me making mistakes and patients missing out on important milestones in their pregnancy. The company encouraged me, as well as my coworkers, to blame the patients, the labs, or imaging facilities, rather than hold ourselves accountable. I witnessed lie after lie being told to our patients about why they don’t have their results. Just horrible patient care. After witnessing most of the OBGYN department quit, I realized I needed to find a way out of this job because it was making my life miserable. This past summer, myself, as well as 4 other employees, found an email chain on a work computer where certain high level employees were making assumptions about an employee's racial background and social status, which were the reasons why this employee did not understand “hard work''. Photos were taken of these emails and I believe this employee is in the process of making a report against Caduceus Medical Group. It is horrendous that these high level employees are comfortable making discriminating assumptions towards an employee, and it is possible they are making these discriminating assumptions against their patients. I accepted a new position and gave Caduceus a three (3) week resignation notice on 11/11/2022. I have an audio recording of when I gave my notice of resignation and it was verbalized that my last day will be 12/2/2022. I also emailed my resignation on 11/11/2022 as well. I had to make three requests for an exit interview and finally received the form via email on 11/15/2022. I was adamant about completing this exit interview because when I was hired at Caduceus last year, my new employee handbook/forms assured me that I would receive a monetary bonus at the completion of a resignation notice with an exit interview. However, I guess Caduceus will do anything to avoid an exit interview or giving out a bonus because I was called into a meeting at the end of the work day on 11/15/2022 where I was informed I had to pack up my belongings and leave the premises. I was handed a notice of discharge with a handwritten comment stating “due to termination you are no longer employed by Caduceus Medical Group.” When asked why they were doing this to any employee who is following all the rules and doing everything by the books, I was refused any answers and was treated with hostility. I was given a box to put my belongings and was escorted out of the building like a criminal. I am in shock that I was treated so coldly by Caduceus Medical Group. I was never written up and never received any bad marks on my employee evaluation. I can only assume that they know they are a corrupt company and wanted to avoid any documentation during the exit interview. After my departure from Caduceus, I sent an email on 11/16/2022 to the company questioning their actions towards me. They responded telling me my file has me listed as “voluntary resign” when this clearly was anything further from the truth. I then found out that there were spreading lies about me which were bringing a bad rap to my name. I brought this to the attention of the company via email who stated they will do their “due diligence and address.” I also asked why I was refused an exit interview and received no response. This entire company is rotten all the way to the top.
