Each location is managed by an individual owner, and the quality may be different from the others.
Cons
Low pay, no employee benefits. Just think of it as a cafe that has a branding supply system but no unified management. Each store location/owner manages however they want.

The environment was great. The assistant manager was very nice and the manager was very accommodating with any scheduling conflicts. The owners of the specific store I worked at also came in to help us out when they had time to.
Cons
Understaffed :( Sometimes it wasn’t very busy so it was manageable but there were also rushes that were a bit of a struggle to work through. Especially during the closing shift cause there were always very many people who came in the evening to study or grab some coffee for the next morning. Only had two people on shift at a time(might be different now) so it was hard to close up and continue to deal with an evening rush.
