Management is NOT CLEAR about expectations, they love to speak down to you as if you are mentally challenged or a house pet, nepotism and favoritism are RAMPANT, and they love to throw fits about overtime despite outright refusing to help and ignoring you when the unexpected parts of managing people and a business pop up.
