Extremely Terrible Place to Work

Pros

Literally nothing good at all.

Cons

- Open racism and sexism. - On job bullying. - Awful pay across the entire company except for the owner. - No 401k plan. - Employees get used to being abused and enable it to continue. - Inconsistent bonuses based on owner's personal feelings about you. - No growth at all, you'll never work any job higher than what you were hired for. - No sexual harassment training for employees or managers. - Home office employee count extremely low for a company this size, impossible to get help in roles that cover too many responsibilities. - Extreme negligence across the board from managers and executives. - Forced to work through lunch breaks without getting paid for the time period. - Holidays that fall on weekends are ignored, reducing the already low 6 provided. - Violates countless laws like they're just guidelines that can be ignored.
