I鈥檝e never felt supported like I do working for CALRegional. My regional manager is always available, I have multiple resources to lean on when I have question, I never feel alone. There鈥檚 flexibility on teaching style which makes the job feel like you鈥檙e contributing. They give you feedback back each class so you can grow and thrive. And they let you know how your students are doing so you can see the impact you have on each person.
Cons
Some classes get cancelled or pushed back due to low enrollment of students which can be challenging if you are using this as your sole income.
