      Calance is worst than HELL for a Talented person

      I have not found any.

      Cons

      1. Hire & fire on completion of project doesn't matter how much you have contributed. 2. Only small projects 4-6 months. 3. No SDLC or STLC process defined. 4. No Learning ! No personal growth 5. No Appraisals . Even they don't know exactly what is this. 6. No DEFINED WORKING HOURS. You have to work 10 -18 hrs a day. 7. Their manager treat you like a slave. 8. No Comp-off , Food & conveyance if you working on Sat/Sun or on Holiday. 9. Their managers will make you fool by saying that this is release/build day. 10. The company standard is below CMM level 2

      Only the location is fine which is again a trap

      Cons

      Poor management at Cybercity office Hire and if couldn't provide project then they create circumstances such that the employees leave by himself/herself or they fire Very poor and tiny office High salary offer is a trap The company simply hires for short term No job security No Vision Higher management is not approachable Admin guy has further spoiled the place and culture

We pride ourselves on being a people's company and are constantly working towards that objective. All our decisions and policies are driven by this fact. For instance, during the pandemic, we took a policy decision that we will not lay-off any members due to pandemic/ loss of business reasons. We encouraged ideas from the associates and teams during this time and invested in new learning initiatives.       Pros

      1. If you are Team lead / Manger then you can easily on-board your wife , friend and relatives into Calance Gurgaon office. 2. No Technical degree or experience required to join Calance if you know any of lead/manager in the company. :-)

      Cons

      1. If you don't butter your manager then you can't survive in Calance Software Pvt Ltd 2. Bench employees are being forced to resign in just few months of bench period
