Pros
CEO is good, people are genuinely decent and interesting.
Cons
People have expanded their roles without reinvesting in learning or hiring in experts. It’s a bit of the blind leading the blind. As an example, HR doesn’t exist and is handled by the COO - so recruitment is loose, compensation is poor, and little learning or improvement is able to be prioritized due to other COO responsibilities.

If you've always been outstanding? You'll be average here. Everyone is generous with their time, and passionate about providing the absolute best product.
Cons
Really, none. Super flexible, and everyone is a rockstar in their role. I work harder (and more hours) than I did in "corporate America" and I make less money, but I'm MUCH happier.
