      Pros

      - Friendly and respectful team. Everyone is treated as equals and their voices and opinions are heard. - Despite being fast paced and hectic, there is a good work/life balance. - Everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table CEO is great at building a safe working environment - Great office! We are in the One Eleven co-working space and are surrounded by smart people who are more than willing to help you in anything. - Meaningful work. Zoom.ai has a product that is fun to work on and is improving the quality of life for it's users by making them more productive. It feels good to work on something that has such a tremendous impact.

      At the moment there are no downsides at working at Zoom.ai

      Pros

      Values (Respect, Collaborate, Balance) match the entire team. The team elevates each other to support collective and individual goals. No place for egos and everyone is very humble and approachable. We work hard, but have fun, too! Ping pong is our religion. :)

      Cons

      A lot of changes and iteration on how we work. There is no rule book as we are constantly experimenting. For me, this was a huge positive. Others may find this challenging.

      It's an earlier stage startup. You need to be comfortable with uncertainty. You won't get a detailed multi-year career plan here. It's up to you to carve your own way forward.
