      Excellent benefits including dental and prescription Decent pay Some good co-workers

      Cons

      Toxic work culture Co-workers who just complain that they don't want to work there Lack of communication between upper management, order desk and pickers Working on some Saturdays

      No post secondary education required, heck not even a high school diploma is required. Common sense is optional too.

      Pros

      Some really great people; willing to take a chance on someone

      Cons

      Have no respect for employees who are not in sales and let too much talent walk away over money. The sales staff are compensated extremely well and everyone else is left to fight over the crumbs which results in losing a lot of great people
