Furthermore, any attempts to address concerns or raise issues have been met with punitive measures. Shockingly, there has been an instance where an employee was terminated simply for expressing interest in a promotional opportunity. This troubling trend not only fosters a detrimental environment but also raises serious questions about the leadership's commitment to fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
