CallTeks offers excellent compensation for those who work hard and are dedicated to growing the company in a responsible salable matter. In my time with CallTeks Security I have not only grown professionally, but personally. The upper management team is innovative and dynamic. Most importantly, they care about their people and want them to succeed. They offer many opportunities to grow and support you along the way.
Cons
The upper management has high expectations, and pushes you do always give 100%. This is what makes them such an excellent company. They need to work on their online marketing presence, but come highly referred by previous customers.
