Pros

* You are immersed around the game of golf. * Autonomy is there as long as you preserve it. * Pay was great 5 years ago. *The people that have remained a stronghold and the ones that have been lost over the years outside of upper management.

Cons

* Favortism is rampant from top-down. *Culture is driven by your manager. You could feel like you’re working for 7 different companies depending on whom your direct report is. If you challenge the status quo for more efficiency, you’re deemed negative. Very toxic positivity. *Has become an activity based company vs. results based company. *When you do drive home results, there is no thanks given, no noticing, just more pressure to repeat what you did, but more. *They abuse the reps sample accounts. Constantly shipping product to your house with no notice and it’s egregious. Fortresses of boxes and you’re liable if anything is missing. *Very cheap spend on company resources. *Horrendous Communication Strategies. *You are pressured into playing a Shell game to justify “distribution of product” as it helps your ranking. But if you get caught doing what you’re instructed to do, there is no grace for your punishment. *Gross misspend of marketing budget. *Leadership uses fear and spreadsheets to drive home initiatives. Most of them are accountants at best. Not leaders of people.
