      I did not see any pros in here. As the Company never deputed me on floor after an offer was made.

      Cons

      They are uncertain about what they want, Habitual to dragging things. And of course as read earlier in other reviews which i ignored they Do follow HIRE AND FIRE policy.

      It is becoming worse and worse with useless Mid/Low Managers

      Pros

      The company, employees, and products have a great future domain and marketplace too. And there are too many talented employees and top Level Management and CEO.

      Cons

      If you look at the Mid/Low-level managers playing politics and bullies for their survival. This is very serious matter in near future for the company, due to this company is losing very much talented and aggressive employees for the company growth. Work/Life balance is very poor with above-said things for the talented employees.
